Held in Reserve

One of the nation's most significant shorelines.

Rooted beside Emirates Palace and Qasr Al Watan, this untouched stretch of Al Ras Al Akhdar beach was held back as the capital grew around it. It is now home to a small collection of private mansions, branded and serviced by Mandarin Oriental.

Each residence is shaped by four values: heritage, tranquillity, discretion and elegance. The invitation is a quiet one, extended to the few whose presence will carry its legacy forward.

The Masterplan

A family of homes, each distinct.

Two distinguished architectural practices, WSA and SAOTA, interpreted the masterplan across every residence. There are four principal mansion designs, some repeated across the site, and singular homes created for plots of special prominence.
